We visit and build personal relationships with all mezcaleros we purchase from. The producers we collaborate with belong to families that have been crafting traditional agave spirits for at least three generations. They utilize stills with a capacity of 250 liter or less. No two batches are ever the same.
We also minimize the use of plastic whenever possible. Our labels are made by hand in Oaxaca from upcycled agave fibers. Tops are secured with natural wood corks and sealed with biodegradable wax. Our boxes are derived from cardboard. We also use corrugated cardboard, instead of bubble wrap, to secure our bottles in our tasting kit. Packaging for shipped bottles may include plastic, this is to insure the precious juice arrives safe and sound.
